On our wholesale store, I would like to set a minimum $250 order total. 

Another option would be if the order is under $250, there would be a extra handling fee, perhaps $25.

Are either of these things possible? If so how?

Hello Norman, the AspDotNetStorefront has this built in yes, so it's store based using the AppConfig Setting called  CartMinOrderAmount
